The crowd at the Belly Up was pumped and Jesse was feeding off the vibe all night. This was their first show in the States after being on tour in Europe and while Jesse was apologetic for being a little off their technical game, he quickly noticed that the crowd didn’t care as long as they put on a good show. A couple of things about the set list – don’t know if they really followed this to the letter. The encore for sure was not on here because they did a cover of the Rolling Stones’ “Brown Sugar” and then did “Cherry Cola”. They also did their “Stuck in the Metal” cover earlier in the set.

So yeah, a good set of songs - they pulled material from all three of their albums and had us all rocking out the entire set. Of course Jesse was the star of the show and he reveled in the crowd love and gave it right back at us. Also cool was the old man guitar player, Davey, with his Flying V. We were right up in the front, about three people in and danced the entire time.
Twas a good night by all accounts. The opener, Living Things, was also very good. But EODM almost makes you forget that there was even an opener. I’ll try to post some photos from the Living Things set later.
