This is Halloween
Halloween is a big deal in my office. We have a parade and a contest and decorate and everything. People bring their kids in to see the decorations and they come trick or treat at our desks. Very cool. This is the first year that I haven’t dressed up. Not inspired at all. I think everyone was a bit surprised. But I am wearing a really cool t-shirt that says “The Great Transylvanian Blood Drive” with a vampire nurse on it. And they can’t complain. I baked for these guys! And my mom made adobo. Yum.
Now as far as what’s up for Halloween (thanks for reminding me Zach), Giovanna, who is the cocktail waitress at the Lamp and Tommy’s cousin, is having a party at her place in OB. Cool. And then there’s also BSC at Sidebar. And of course, Lamp is always an option. And I think I know what I am going to be...I’ll have to go dig around to see if I can do what I want. I think Travis is going to come to Giovanna’s party with me since it’s in his hood. He is going to be Buckethead. He went to KFC yesterday to get a bucket, but they didn’t have any! I may be making one from posterboard on Sunday if he doesn’t end up finding one. So, yeah...it should be a fun evening.
