I’m a fan of Becky Stark’s collaboration with the The Decemberists (Hazards of Love) and her side project, The Living Sisters (with Inara George of Bird and the Bee), but I’ve always thought that Lavender Diamond was a little too folky/mellow for me. To my surprise, I am digging their new album, Incorruptible Heart. The album was produced by Damian Kulash from OK Go and I’m thinking his pop/dance sensibility has covertly worked itself into this album.
